Terms and Conditions – Quality First Auto Diagnostic

1. General Overview

By engaging with Quality First Auto Diagnostic ("we," "us," or "our"), customers ("you" or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies govern all diagnostic and repair services provided at our facility.

2. Services Offered

We provide diagnostic evaluations, automotive repairs, and consultations based on industry standards and manufacturer specifications. Our services are performed by qualified technicians utilizing professional-grade equipment.

3. Estimates & Approvals

  • All service estimates are non-binding until formally approved by the customer.

  • Once approved, customers authorize us to proceed with repairs as outlined in the estimate.

  • Any changes to the scope of service require customer approval before additional charges are applied.

4. Payments & Fees

  • Full payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.

  • Late payments may incur administrative fees or legal collection proceedings.

5. Refunds & Warranty

Refer to our Refund Policy for specific terms regarding refunds.

  • Labor warranties cover errors in service execution for up to 30 days following completion.

  • Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and must be processed accordingly.

  • We do not offer warranties on customer-supplied parts or repairs performed outside our facility.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • While we strive for accuracy, Quality First Auto Diagnostic is not responsible for unforeseen vehicle failures after service completion.

  • Customers acknowledge that vehicle repairs carry inherent risks, and we are not liable for issues resulting from pre-existing conditions, aging components, or unrelated failures.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions or unreasonable customer demands.

7. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 fee for labor time allocation.

8. Storage & Vehicle Abandonment

  • Vehicles left at our facility beyond 72 hours after service completion may incur a daily storage fee.

  • If a vehicle remains abandoned for 30 days, we reserve the right to take legal action, including lien enforcement.

9. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Customer information collected during service transactions is confidential and used solely for business purposes.

  • We do not share, sell, or disclose customer data to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

10. Amendments & Updates

  • Quality First Auto Diagnostic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or posted updates at our facility.
